Andrea serves as the Firm Administrator. With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, she brings extensive knowledge of law firm operations, litigation support, and client service. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice before returning to college to obtain an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies. Andrea began her career as a Paralegal Intern at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office in San Jose, California. Andrea has worked for some of California’s most prominent law firms before moving to Oregon and joining Gardner Beckley Meadows in 2025.

Throughout her career, Andrea has gained comprehensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of a law firm while supporting attorneys and staff in delivering exceptional legal services. She functions as the operational leader of the firm, balancing administrative, financial, and personnel responsibilities.

As the Firm Administrator, Andrea is passionate about fostering a productive workplace, enhancing operational excellence, and supporting the continued success and growth of the firm.
