Joshua received his Bachelors in English and a Minor in Communication from Humboldt State University in 2019. Shortly after graduating from Humboldt State University, Joshua completed an internship at Oaktree Law, a bankruptcy firm in Southern California, and attended law school at the University of Oregon. During his second and third year of law school, Joshua worked as a law clerk at the Umpqua Valley Public Defenders office in Roseburg, Oregon. After graduation, Joshua went on to work for the Lane County Circuit Court as a Judicial Clerk for 2 years before beginning his legal career at Gardner Beckley Meadows in 2025.

As an attorney, Joshua primarily focuses on Landlord-Tenant disputes, estate planning, business transactions, and tax litigation. Through his multiple years in the public service field, Joshua is focused on making legal issues approachable and accessible to clients from all walks of life, while providing consistent and zealous advocacy on their behalf.
